Overview:
We are looking for an energetic Sales / Customer Success Executive to nurture existing clients and onboard new ones. The ideal candidate will be strong in relationship building and capable of driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage client onboarding and training.
Conduct regular check-ins and identify upsell opportunities.
Gather client feedback and share with the product team.
Maintain sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
Keep accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot / Pipedrive).
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in customer success or sales.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Target-driven mindset with CRM proficiency.
Confident in both written and spoken English.
